PlayBIG Hoops individual workouts are designed for each players (boys and girls) specific needs or goals with focus on shooting, ball handling, and position specific offensive and defensive skills for guards or bigs/post players. Each session is 60 minutes. Players should bring a basketball and water bottle to each workout.

Speed and weight training conducted by Michael Brandenburg. Focus will be on learning proper weightlifting techniques through instruction and monitoring to ensure our athletes develop strong work ethic and techniques.
Basketball Skills sessions conducted by Nick Lewis. Nick’s experience playing D1 basketball and professionally all over the World has given him unique opportunities to train with some of the top coaches and player development specialists from around the World. Nick will lead players through skill sessions for all positions with focus on fundamentals and footwork.
Nutritionist Keely Sobole will be made available for diet and nutritional guidance for players and their family.
